Akhil has overall industry experience of 24 years and has worked with companies CBRE on important roles such as Regional Head of cost consultancy, Akhil has worked with CBRE for 12 years. Akhil also has worked on international contracts and tenders for projects in Qatar, Dubai, Nigeria and the UAE. Akhil has also handled Government projects (end to end) including the hospital projects under WORLD BANK (MHSDP) three hospitals (Niphad, Nasik, Jalgaon) and the goverment of gujarat project for earthquake rehabilitation During his tenure Akhil has handled the cost portfolio of 20 crores SF and the cost of INR 6250 Crores in various roles.
Sadanand Petkar- Executive Director
Sadanand has overall industry experience of 22 years and has worked with companies like CBRE, GARWARE on important roles as Head- operations. Sadanand has handled and successfully delivered construction of all types of construction for medium and large sized green field, brown field Residential, Industrial, Commercial and hospitality projects. Sadanand has also handled and successfully delivered Interior fit out works During his tenure Sadanand has handled the portfolio of 18 Crores SF and the cost of INR 3500 Crores in various roles.
